Business Analyst

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Experience in analyzing systems for ERP, CRM, HRM, or specific industry domains is highly preferred).

Professional Skills:

• Proficient in business process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML, DFD) and tools (Visio, Draw.io, Figma/Balsamiq).

• Strong system thinking, analytical mindset, and data-driven logical reasoning. Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills to effectively manage and align various stakeholders (Stakeholder Management).

• Exceptional problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking skills under tight project deadlines.

• Fluency in English (both written technical documentation and spoken collaboration) is required.
